Drawing Challenge Homework:
illustrate an obscure fairytail or create a character from that fairytail~

I had fun with this, didn't think I'd pull out anything decent for this prompt because I literally had no motivation or ideas for it. The story for this illustration is Jack-o'-Lantern (from Ireland)
If you read the story you will understand the picture a little i think. But anyway I tried to incorporate heaven and hell, death, and the weight on his shoulders in purgatory (he is a dead ghost in this pic). All the whispyness is vines,hair,smoke, and fire~

This looks pretty sweet! I really like how whispy everything is. N like the other people said - color is working preeetty sweet :3 I like how the pumpkin is kiinda complimentary to the figure, but not obnoxiously so <3
