FULL VIEW

I'm not quite sure exactly how I feel about this piece....hmm
I don't like all the negative space in this, it really bothers me....XD

Anyway, I was trying to depict this as an X-9 type situation. I imagine that Lumine inflicted some kind of virus on Axl and that Axl would be taken over by this virus, thus the two different colored eyes. One Lumine type eye and one normal Axl eye. Also because of the virus he has to be locked up. That is just the general bases for this pic; I didn't really hurt him as bad as I did with X. For some reason I feel that if I do a Zero version of this that he won't get off so easy....XD

And ohmygosh it was so hard to color this in pastel colors without Axl looking to pink....I think I failed though...Is there such a thing as LIGHT RED without it being PINK? *goes crazy* XD

Omigosh. I love all the mechanicalness! It's so well done! And I envy how you can use faded pastel shades and still have so much impact in this image. Brilliant :3

That's practically the exact way I wish X9 would go. XDDD
Well... at least part of it. I actually wanted X9 to branch into 3 different directions, this one being one of them... sort of.
Anyway, I really like the way you colored both this and the one with X. Very nice tones.

It's GORGEOUS, that's what it is. o_o I can't fathom how you can possibly do that with marker. It's simply beautiful.

And no, he doesn't look pink at all! XD Say, do you use Prismacolor markers, Zo?
